All appointments must be held with a credit card.  Any appointment cancelled after 24 hours prior to appointment, will be subject to full payment.  Any appointment cancelled after 48 hours prior to appointment, will be subject to partial payment.  Deposits are non-refundable but are applied to the service.  We do sign off on insurance repayments, but we do not have the ability to bill insurance.  Military and first responder discounts are for the members only and will not be applied to spouse, children, or friends, unless the member is booked as a couples service. All services require intake information, if there is a contraindication found at time of intake, that client was aware of and did not provide a clear notice from doctor, the therapist will decline the service without refund of payment: examples: TMJ, Neuromuscular, lymphatic, oncology, pre-natal, post-op, and any other pathology that requires a doctors consent. All body contouring requires a free consultation provided by the owner prior to service, no service of contouring will be provided without the consult.  Please note: Therapist and clients reserve the right to decline or end a service at anytime with a valid reason.  Ending a service does not guarantee a refund, as it is subject to review by the owner. These policies are set forth to protect the contracted therapist, the client, and business owner.
